That speed is just about in tolerance with the type of BSR autochanger in your Burnhill unit. I've never heard of the Brand, but it will be a "made-for-mail-order-catalogue" type. It's liable to be a budget, basic unit so don't expect too much from it. A photo of the unit you have will help.
