Hello all,
I have just acquired another Model D, AVO and it was in a bit of a state as there was ’silver paint’ that had been splashed onto the front of the meter as shown in the photo below, however after a good clean internally and externally (3 hours later) the AVO has come up looking like new (see the after photo)
Cannot say the same for the leads though.
The Serial Number is: D 16405-1044 1944.
