Unhappy Marconi 2022C, no signal below 250 MHz anymore

Hi,
after replacing an OM345 for the <62.5MHz range a few years ago I now noticed it stopped working below 250 MHz at all:
When I enter 126 MHz I'll get 252 MHz at the output and modulation is about twice as big. When I enter for example 63 MHz I'll also end up with 252 MHz and modulation is about four times as big. Signal power is also weaker. Below 62.5 MHz no signal at all, but I can pick up 160 MHz inside the device.
I assume the problem is a switch somewhere. I cannot hear any relais when switching below/above 250 MHz (I do hear one at the 62.5 MHz border), but I don't know if there is any mechanical relais to switch that.
Is this a common problem? Any idea how to fix that?
Best regards
Stefan
