I think Tek are purposely "improving" all their archived manual store by carefully deleting all the drawings, layout diagrams and schematics before re–uploading them – they were one of the first exponents of the " we no longer provide provide schematics in our service manuals" policy and of course, all the other OEMs followed like sheep & lemmings!

It's just as well we've got Bama, K04BB, Kevin Chant and docs.devs, etc., to step in for us!

Good luck with the Keithley 175 repair Richard – it looks you've certainly found at least part of the damage!
