1Kw on 648Khz should have a good range,i can hear 558Khz with 1Kw from Crystal Palace where i live,so iam hopeful i can hear Caroline when it starts up.

North Wales may be unable to hear it as R.Wales is on 657Khz so may wipe reception out depending how close you are from the Wrexham 2Kw Tx.
