I can't identify this set immediately but the style of the knobs places it around the late 1930s.

Have a look at one of the valves - does it have five or seven irregularly spaced pins in the base (B5 or B7), or eight regularly spaced pins around a centre spigot (Octal), or eight small contacts around the side of the base (Ct8)?

Alternatively, can you read the type markings on the valves?
