I've received another email from David Allatt to say it's been resolved.
Very pleased, I'm wondering if nobody had made enquiries the poor sound might have persisted.
I'm going to contact Mr Allatt to thank him and ask why we are experiencing these spells of poor sound and if there are any measures in place to stop them re occurring.
