Default Re: Calling Hacker Hunter owners!

It's a brilliant idea - a good use for something that would otherwise end up in landfill. I did apply some good quality self-adhesive feet to one of mine, but they slip and slide all over the place. A strong glue - or less "grippy" feet - is clearly required for such a heavy set.

Thanks for confirming the handle detail

To your newer set, this is an interesting one because it is close to a "change boundary" and should help us to narrow that down more precisely. So, it should definitely have the following:

- Mesh grille with separate Hacker badge.
- Teak sides.
- Same handle as the older one.
- Gold (unpainted) Elac loudspeaker.
- Silver tone control knobs and black/silver buttons (same as your older set)
- DC input socket

But, depending on which side of the boundary it falls, we have the following variables:

- Hacker badge: chromed brass, or pressed aluminium.
- Scale print: White and green, or just white.

So if you could confirm all these details, that would be extremely useful

Thanks in advance,

Mark
