Finally got round to finishing this Edition of the Multimeter Survey.

A little behind schedule, but have had very little Time recently to spend
on this, but it's ready now.
I'm trying to make it a bit more interesting and informative than simply a
long list of Numbers and this is the first attempt at expanding it's scope
some what. It is significantly updated from the previous Edition.
Comments and suggestions most welcome as always.

What I'll do is go through this document and see which meters of mine aren't in it, then add mine to the thread. This may take me some time though
