You should find a reasonable selection of used test equipment plus Rigol have had a good selection of their models in the past
RSGB published a book called "Restoring Old radio Sets" which you might find useful, I did. RSGB will have their usual large book stand with many different books
You could have a look here at what they have before you go (I cant guarantee they will have every copy there)
