There is no way of knowing. It depends on whether they operated a careful stores policy of keeping batches together and using oldest first. If they just tipped new arrivals loose into a bin, old ones could hide in bottom corners for some appreciable time.
Not all capacitors will have been bought from the same makers, not all will be date-stamped.
