Looks like they are relays (if you mean the big ones) 4 pole by the looks of them without seeing the contact side can't tell if they are CO or NO or NC. You need to know the coil type and resistance the designed operating voltage and current of the contacts. You can start with RS and Farnell. What makes you think they are faulty?
The little ones are just diodes (1N4***) probably
