We had a network routing outage due to an issue at an upstream provider.
They had a peering router blip which caused routes to be dropped and reconvergence as things settled down.
It should only have been 10-15 minutes of intermittent reachability and/or higher-than-normal packet loss.
Please let us know if you see any further issues though.
