Hi

No idea what it is.

I think its an early thingy, which has had a box built for it much later.

A few observations: -
The relay mechanism looks older than the box
The box is trying to look older than the wiring and chock blocks, but I don't think it is, the carpentry is nice, but not dove tails etc, so I think DIY
Is the 0 - 20 scale in centimetres, so after 1970 ish?
Why put a glass on it, then fit tinted glass
The wires going through the case to the chock blocks have no clamps, very crude.
