Fai-Rite incorporated of Walkill New Jersey make toroids of all sizes in their number 43 material which is not only effective for EMC applications, it is specified for them too.

Their cores are available in many countries. Eadio amateurs often talk of them as "Amidon" cores but Amidon is a distributor... but if you see FT-43 stock numbers, it's Fair-Rite 43.

Siemens (now Epcos) made their N30 material in many sizes of toroids, some were nylon covered.

TV deflection yoke cores are in a suitable material, too.
