I been using these drills recently -
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PCB-Tungs...53.m2749.l2649 - they fit in a Dremmel chuck. I've got very good results. They are different to standard drills, having a complex flute pattern and they seem to "grind" as they drill, they don't snap easily either.
