Default Re: Miller Organs from Norwich

Hi Peter. What a pleasant surprise. I don't usually get to drive past Albury - is that where you are at? I'm in Melb.

I called in to see the solid-state Norwich T in Canberra last year - which started this particular thread. That organ has a QC sticker with April 1967 date on one of the pcb's, but I didn't have any time to have a good close look. I'm just hoping that someone comes up with some schematics/docs to ease any maintenance fault-finding for the owner.

As Lucien indicates, we can but implore you to take a big breath and suggest a photo essay would be most welcome for starters. We would welcome the chance to 'view' it and try and date it and glean whatever else from it, if you were kind enough to stall any gutting in the short term.

It looks like it started as a church organ, given the lamp. If that is the power amp in the bottom RHS, then it may be early-mid 1960's, given they had transitioned to transistor tone gens etc by 1967.

Ciao, Tim
