Kuba did have an interesting history with Italy (CGE/Imperial which remained open and had their own models after the closure of Kuba in 1972 - however it seems to have been part of Telefunken by then, not clear whether Telefunken pulled back and if so: when), but I think Autovox mostly developed and manufactured their own chassis.

It could still be that in this particular set a bought in chassis was used, in that case possibly from Imperial. Some more comparison with other models needed (I can see distinctive module designations on the silkscreen, that would be a good starting point).
