The Diode in your parts list has a different number to what I posted above, having said that I did just look at the 1st BE3D diagram I came across on my hard drive, I don't know if yours or mine are an uprated type.
As I say even the replacement original type never seem to cause any repeat problems provided it was stood off of the PCB by a couple of mm.
