This looks very tempting... I'm rather glad I am stuck in Scotland so there is no possibility of me being able to get down there!
It reminds me of the Computer Reset warehouse in Texas (one visitor's account
here), which was a warehouse full of 80s/90s computing equipment that was being liquidated. I think(?) the way that Computer Reset was handled was that you paid a fixed entry fee and then could take as much as your car / van could handle. How was this one being done, Steve? By individual items? By weight? (There may be more details on the VRAT forum but I think the specific thread must be closed to non-members as I couldn't find it).
I do have a friend into unusual electronics that is in Southampton, so I'll let them know, but I believe they already have a lot of stuff - a common problem, I think!
