Interesting "pulsating picture size" effect, but very good results with the JVC VCR.

ISTR that early production Ferguson 3V29s (a badge engineered version of the JVC JVC HR-7200EK) performed well when recoding 405 lines (but not the later modified design).

Has the flywheel line sync time constant been modified to improve horizontal stability on your TV9-90UB?
