Apologies, Looking more closely I see that I that i had misread the the 1 as a 4 because it has a pronounced downstroke correct number is 40185-642 as stated previously.

1975 meter has a side label so not so clear but on second look I think 91617 is more likely.

The black labels on later instruments sometimes very difficult to read as the printing has worn away.
