The existing arm will accept a wide range of soundboxes without the need for any adapting, it's the other end, where the arm is sitting in the back bracket, that is the problem. Unlike original machines, these crapophones have no bearings at all, and are held in place by a crude bolt. No bearings = chewed up records.
