I will have to go with the masses, to a certain extent - one of the reasons the workshop is only £15 a head is down to simple food - while I do enjoy working in the kitchen, I dont want to spend the whole weekend in there (I doubt the pressganged catering department will want to either!)

I will make requests regarding a mixture of brown, and white bread, there's no issue in that, and if pork pies work out within budget for large sectioned ones I will go that way, otherwise I will take it that we are on the whole happy with whats on offer.


In future (late summer) I may run a slightly different workshop, which may also be combined with a trip to a related museum/attraction, if this is the case, then we might all meet for a more elaborate meal, but this is still a long way off!
