Not sure if it will help you but I created a PS/2 to Gemini adapter using an Arduino Micro. I have a few key definitions to sort out yet, but it works well on my rack system when connected to the IVC. Details are here...

Once I have the MFB system working, I will happily supply a boot disk. The rack system I have is using a $15 Chinese Gotek at the moment.
