It's up to you. Shure don't make replacement styluses now so any you can buy will be from third party companies. Quality varies so you're taking a bit of a chance.

If you change the cartridge it will come with a new stylus from the cartridge manufacturer. Personally I would change the cartridge unless there will be some difficulty in fitting it. All the cartridges I mentioned are pretty cheap and well regarded at their price point. The Rega Carbon in particular has received some very good reviews - I use one.

Looking at eBay now, you can buy an M75-6 stylus for £11. An AT91 cart is £18 and a Carbon is £26.
