I don't know of an ALT code, but you can do it this way:-
Hold down the Windows key and press ; (semi-colon).
A window opens.
Click on the Ω (Omega) symbol on the top row.
Click on the λ (Lambda) symbol on the second row.

No lambda on the second row on my display but there's a sort of reversed one on the twelfth row and it's feint and tiny "⁁ "
