Yes definitely the wirewound type... and i can feel a large gap in the centre of the track.. They have got better over the last few days, however it seems they have improved about as much as they are going to now, and still aren't great...

.. the biggest problem is finding one with a 6mm or below mount... May end up modifying it a little to get it to fit the panel...
