The multiplier in your photo states 'Electronic Testmeter', which was an Avo product itself. Often referred to as the ETM. I wonder if the multiplier was intended for use with that, other than the EA113.
Saying that, the User Manual for the Avometer Mod 15,16 & 20 (Pretty much the same as the EA113) mentions a combined 10kV & 30kV DC multiplier.
