As a general rule, ceramic caps are unlikely to fail.

Apologies again for my badly worded post - C66 has
not been replaced by a 1.6kV ceramic cap.
The original cap can still be seen in the bottom left of my previous picture.
I've attached an image for that part of the circuit - hope this helps?
