www.chelmervalve.co.uk they carry millions of old/new trans/diodes/semis/caps and good old fashioned NOS valves etc ,they are reasonable priced and they ship all over the world.They have been going since the 1960's. If you tell them your a hobbyist! you get better prices! good luck
