Default Re: AVO Range Multiplier - Any Info Please?

The ETM operating instructions contains quite a bit about this multiplier, which contains a single resistance of 99 Megohms, hence it forms a 10:1 potential divider when connected in series with the fixed 11 Megohm internal resistance of the ETM. The multiplier thus allows the ETM to measure up to 10kV DC. It was probably intended for measurement of the EHT in monochrome 405 line TV sets.

It would certainly not suit the EA113!
