There's something on the paper label stuck over the SIR101 marking. I'll see if I can get a picture of it.
I don't know how much equipment was supplied to Russia? I guess we've all seen examples of the (Canadian) 19 Sets with Russian markings, but I would have thought radar to be a bit too sensitive at that time.
