The Nikkai one has 3 ICs on the TV PCB (video IF; Sound IF and Audio Amplifier; Vertical Deflection) and another on the radio PCB (combined AM and FM radio receiver thing). The horizontal deflection is all discrete transistors. I did manage to find data sheets on all the ICs on-line

It has audio and video input phono sockets too.
