thanks a lot for your extensive feedback and comments, most interesting and food for some deeper thoughts and analysis. Unfortunately (well, at least for this discussion) I'm leaving on a week holiday, so I can't respond right now. When I'm back I'll dive into it and come back to you as soon as possible.
