It's good to see the G6 underway at last! I repaired a few back in the late 1970's and to be honest I didn't like them much, compared to the GEC and Pye D/S sets I thought they were a bit of a complex dinosaur ! You couldn't easily swap a panel to prove a point and a valve decoder? Only Philips...
