Default Grundig Satellit 1400SL Professional

Workshop radio packed up on all AM wave bands. FM was working ok. I got the schematics from the internet. After 30 minutes of sticking all 8 sheets together I opened removed the back (Just 3 screws under the set) I discovered the aerial wire was not connected, it had broke away from the push on connector. Some how the wire was shorting the coils out on the AM PCB. When wire was re-attached the set works well, 2 minute repair, even receives DAB stations??

While the back was off I decided to repair the broken switch, the little lugs had been broken before I got the set. I made two steel staples and melted them into the plastic. Not pretty, but it works, BTW the white is super glue not sure it will do any good.
