Dial out

I can see issues:

Nylon centre spigot.
This has been moved and I'm not sure where it should 'park'. I've set it to be parting the blade switches at rest.

The three bladed cloverleaf nylon pulse generator cog thingy
This parks with the lower knife switch open - this seems to cut the dial tone, unfortunately that may be the issue I have and I see no way to adjust this.
