Roger,

I have Richard Russell's testcard generator, so I can program any test card for 405, 525 and 625 into it. All it takes is the jpeg or other image of the testcard, his software & pcb and a serial cable and then his generator pcb acts as a stand alone unit producing a very high quality signal output that matches the standard selected when the image was loaded into it. I just got the Indian Head test card image from the net. I also use this generator for my BBC testcards.

If you just want 405 line testcards you could use the Jon Evans testcard generator (I built one of these, it is very good) and put the Indian head testcard image into that:

The Indian Head testcard , while not having the technical features of may testcard images, has some that are very useful, like the circles in the corners (like the Marconi card). But it has an interesting look to it that captures the imagination and the art of early monochrome TV, so I like it a lot.
