Jon Ti Pwun, already does a lot of 3D printing including Hacker Grills.
When I was last in Nepal I enquired about getting some Cossor surrounds designed and printed, I had to sit down when I heard how much!
It's the time it takes to design, and it ties the printer up for quite a long time.
I have 3D printing facilities at work but totally lack the time to do the design.
