Last year I restored an Ultra 49 which is the AC/D.C. version of the same set. It performed very well so I don't think you will be disappointed. The dial is a bit minimalist but the circular veneer insert on the front makes it look good. Do check out the energising coil (electromagnet) on the speaker because mine was open cicuit.
