Havering museum have an exhibition of early wireless sets ranging from the early 1900’s up until the 60’s

Museum charges £2.50 admission.

19-21 High Street, Romford, RM1 1JU Tel: 01708 766 571.

Romford station is just down the road and there are excellent bus links. There are plenty of places to eat – if you like I can recommend a few.
