Interesting how this one has come alive again.
It has been a while!

It has turned up some good stuff about CB conversions - even if that was not the original question.

As the OP I have concluded that the Si5351 is not a good replacement for the crystals in a Pye Cambridge - or much else.
I am not going on the air with that pending a lot more testing. My opinion is - total junk. Others may disagree but that can be a new thread.

This thread has run it's course for me - question unanswered. If Mods would like to close - that would be fine.
