Yes, that is a single-speed 3 3/4 ips machine. Four track, mono.

So it won't do 7 1/2 ips.

Are there any clues to what formats are recorded on your tapes? Or maybe to what machine they were recorded on?

You won't find one machine which can handle all of the different formats and speeds which could have been used.
