I have IEEE access at my PC at work so I had a go at downloading your doc.
However, it is 2.5Mb in size so it (just) exceeds the forum limits for a pdf file.

I've attached an image of the first page below. Is this the correct document?

If so I'll try and find a way to send it to you.
