I've just noticed that 11m is quite lively even at this hour (20:30 on 11/07/19 as I write this) and there are a few SSB stations between 28.400 and 28.500 on 10m - hearing nothing on 10FM calling frequency of 29.600 FM but that's doesn't mean the band is not open.
