Correction to my last post.
I do not have the whole book, the whole book is over 200 pages, I only have 81 pages and the cover. Found two more books, "What To Build" Vol. II No. I, also with a 1 valve circuit, and a very nice book in .pdf format, "Knock-out Receivers" 65 pages 25 mb, by Arthur H. Lynch, very detailed, cabinet making, chassis lay out, drilling patterns and lots of informative photos and drawings.
I was happy to "re discover" this book again after forgot about it for several years. When you see those construction and the beauty of bygone receivers, it encourage and enliven you to build them.

Let me know if you like to have those books and I can mail it to you.
