My advice is to replace the AC128’s with BC327’s then test everything. By and large the BC147’s will be ok but if you suspect them, fit BC547’s.

I would not attempt to replace transistors for the sake of it. The AC128’s are known troublemakers but the rest are not and you might end up with more problems than when you started.
