That reminds me of the "I can drink over xx pints of beer in xx minutes" joke.

That aside, the date for the Baker's TV shop photo is around the first week in June 1969, that would tally up with the "Derby Week" poster outside the newsagents that's three doors up, not that long before the start of the BBC1 and ITV colour transmissions from Winter Hill.

Also a correction to Post#22, should read Ashton New Road, my apologies.
