1. At a minimum order of $25, I would say that Just Radios is a reasonable place to buy - a couple or three 600V electrolytics will easily get you near that figure. It's not bulk buying.
2. To buy BVWS capacitors, I think you have to be a member and it's absolutely
verboten to get a member to buy for you. I am not a member myself, but several are present on this forum and might be able to give you advice on membership.
